Frequently Asked Questions

If you have purchased a plug-in from our resellers, first you need to register and activate the product in our user area. If you don't already have an account, you will need to create one before the product can be activated. Once your account is opened, please choose the 'manual product activation' option and use the activation code that you received with your product. As a result of the activation process, the product will be registered and visible on your account. Please be aware that activation is an irreversible process, so you will not be able to use the same activation code more than once.

It depends on the product. We have two types of products: plug-ins which uses the PACE (ilok) authorisation system, and the "non ilok" plug-ins

In order to run a plug-in using the 30 day demo mode or activate the plug-in which uses the PACE (ilok) authorisation system you need to have an iLok user ID which you can create for free at https://www.ilok.com/ and you need to install the free iLok License Manager application. A hardware USB iLok dongle is NOT required, however it is optional.

You can activate the license in up to three separate locations, each of which can be either a computer or an iLok dongle (2nd generation or above). You can move these licenses at any time using PACE's iLok License Manager software.

To install and authorize our "non iLok" plug-ins in your DAW:

  1. Login to your account in the PSP User Area to download the plug-in installers.

  2. Download individual installers appropriate for your operating system, and install each product individually.

  3. Download your unique license file using the batch authorizer, or individual 'download license' links, unzip the file if necessary, and double click on it to authorize the plug-in(s).

  4. Restart your system.
