How safe is it for me to pay for my order on-line?
For your convenience and safety the management of orders registration has been assigned to the
Element 5!, a leading international online software registration service.
The entire ordering process is shielded by a secure SSL- (Secure Socket Layer) procedure. Your data will only be sent via the server to the intended recipient, where they can then be read. In this way, important information like credit card numbers, addresses, etc. can be safely transmitted online. You can determine whether SSL is active on a Netscape browser by the closed padlock at the bottom left of the browser window. In Internet Explorer the padlock is displayed at the bottom right of the browser window.
During the connection between client and server, SSL takes on the encryption and decyphering of the flow of information of the protocol being used (e.g. HTTP). All information including the information request as well as the information provided are completely encrypted. This includes the URL, requested by the client, the information provided in on-line forms (such as a credit card number), the verification of validity for HTTP access (such as username and password), as well as all data that the server transmits to the client.
If you still do not want to transmit your encrypted credit card number over the secure server connection, you can also order by fax or phone.

How long does my order process take?
If you buy online by credit card, you will receive access to the full version of our plug-ins with authorization codes immediately upon your credit card being authorized. In most cases, this will take only a few seconds. In unusual circumstances where we cannot immediately authorize your card (e.g. technical failure communicating with your credit card company server) your order will be manually processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed by other methods (cash, check, wire transfer) will be completed as soon as we receive your payment.

What payment methods are available?
On the same screen where you are asked to enter your personal data, you can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Cash (sent by postal mail).

    What credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, JBL and Diner's Club. When you pay by credit card, your order will be processed immediately.

    We accept debit cards from Switch and Solo (UK). When you pay by debit card, your order will be processed immediately.

    Can I order your products without using credit card?
    Yes you can pay by bank/wire transfer, check or cash (sent by postal mail). Simply choose appropriate option, on the same screen where you are asked to enter your personal data.

    Should I buy your plug-ins twice if I'm using hosts which support different kinds of plug-in format?
    No. One purchase will be enough for us. After purchase please
    contact us to get access to the plug-in in other format/platform.

    Will I pay additional sales tax (VAT)?
    VAT sales tax (22%) will be added only for residents of the European Union, unless they are themselves VAT-registered companies.

    How can I buy your products if I’m using freemail services like hotmail.com?
    For security reasons our registration service do not accept email addresses from hotmail or other popular freemail services for online credit card purchases. If you don’t have another e-mail account please choose a different payment method (bank/wire transfer, check or cash) or
    order by phone.

    Can I buy with a different currency?
    Prices are displayed in US dollars but we also accept payment in Euros and British Pounds. If you're located outside the US, UK or the eurozone, your credit card company will automatically convert your currency to Euros or US Dollars using the current exchange rate.

    How do I receive an invoice/receipt for my purchase?
    After successfully completing your order, an invoice/receipt will be displayed on the confirmation screen, which you can print. You will also receive this as an email.

    Can I unlock the demo version?
    No it is impossible. You have to download the full version and then authorize it. A full version download link with authorization codes you will receive just after successfully completing your order.
